Natalie did a full service and set up my Gibson SG Standard and also fitted a black Graph Tech nut. I can't believe the improvement in the guitar - it's now fabulous and a pleasure to play. I've returned with another guitar for the same treatment plus an electronics upgrade. Looking forward to getting it back. Both Natalie and her partner Graeme are lovely people too. Highly recommended.

I took my PRS Tremonti into Geordie Riffs recently to get a grounding issue solved which I'd been having issues fixing myself. They were phenomenal, gave me a quote for repairs which they stuck to, a time frame which was correct down to the day, and even disuaded me from having work done I didn't really need. They even sent me pictures of the work being done, and kept me clued in on the process. Once you've been here, I really doubt you'll be going to any other guitar repair tech again.

Thus far, Geordie Riffs, run by Nat and Graeme (and Ted, their real boss), is the best guitar luthier in the whole Newcastle, or North East for that. I've gone thru two--one I refuse to name but that shop took my Jackson X-series 4 months and still not setup and thus I never went there again. The other was really nice, but falls a little compared to Nat and Graeme's "bespoke" service. I dropped my guitar in a week ago for an action issue and a full re-string, I've been to collect it today and Natalie has done a fantastic job. The action is absolutely perfect it plays better now than it ever has, I can't recommend enough. So much so that I've dropped my other guitar in for service.
