The stuff that Adam has taught me in the brief period of time that we've been working together has DRAMATICALLY improved my power, my athleticism, and my health... So of course, I steal his knowledge and teach it to millions of people around the world... conveniently taking all of the credit. The least I can do is thank him properly....

  • Really worked so well for me. No driving to the gym, no self motivation, he came to me and got me fast results is a surprisingly easy and fun way. It really is genius!

  • I’ve had a great experience with Genius. I’d been self conscious about my legs since I was 13 and now I can confidently wear shorts (and this only took about 6-8 weeks to achieve!). Adam is very friendly, understanding and he knows his stuff. I found it really interesting doing things like balance work and agility training - it just gives you more confidence in your body. Also, we trained in a lovely park which made it a great experience. Would definitely recommend!
