Chris is extremely knowledgeable and patient as well as being firm and encouraging. Whilst I am not the fittest or even as dedicated as I would like to be his support and excellent teaching have definately kept me on track. I only wish I could fit in another session to get even stronger. Thank you.

I've been doing personal training with Chris for over a year now and it was the best thing I've ever done during and after lock down! It's help me getting back to exercise and feeling my body getting stronger. I would highly recommend any one finding it hard to exercise on their own or needing that extra encouragement to do some exercise like me, then do get in touch with Chris.

Just completed 5/1hour sessions with the excellent Chris Clack at Generation Fit. It has been tough but thoroughly worthwhile. Great detail, encouragement and humour! Will be booking again.

I can highly recommend training with Chris. He is very patient and comes up with interesting but challenging workouts. He is undoubtedly an expert in his field and has a style which whilst measured ensures that every exercise is well considered. His style is also very calm, which I like especially when he brings out his monster kettle bell! My fitness has improved so much from training with him.

Chris is helping me get in shape for an upcoming expedition, and has been incredibly helpful in choosing the right exercises to help build my strength and endurance. I've had 10 sessions so far, and feel dramatically different than at the start. I can't recommend Chris enough!
