  • It was my first time attending the first aid and pediatric first aid course with GEM compliance training. I found the lady who was teaching us explained everything very clearly to my group. We had a good amount of time to practise CPR and put each other in the recovery position. I found the building were at was very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend GEM compliance training for first aid as I had an amazing two days of training.

  • Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Catherine, our trainer really brought the session to life by getting everyone involved. Her knowledge and passion really showed as she was able to answer any question and involved others in providing answers. Would definitely recommend this to others.

  • From the moment I contacted GEM their service was excellent. They were able to offer us several different options for our staff First Aid training so that we were able to find something that worked for our timescales and budget. The customer service was excellent. The training itself was excellent, the trainer was knowledgeable, personable and really put the staff at ease. She made the session really enjoyable and interesting. Superb service and value for money.

  • Great Course. A very enthusiastic tutor, who ensured we all felt comfortable and understood all areas covered before multiple choice questions to end the course. The day overall was planned with theory and practical, with a good balance between both, keeping all who attended engaged throughout the day. Brilliant Course overall

  • completed a 3 day first aid at work level 3 course at GEM compliance. I wasn't looking forward to it if I'm honest, but it was great and very insightful, Alice was a brilliant trainer, easy going but knowledgeable, she gave us all the training necessary to administer first aid with relative confidence which is exactly what we were there to learn. excellent.
