I really recommend this form of yoga. The movements are slow and well explained: at the time you think you have been through wonderfully relaxing session, and realise afterwards you have also had very good exercise too. It makes you much more flexible and flowing in movements. Amy explains everything so well and there is a really nice atmosphere! I always feel great afterwards.

As someone who finds it hard to relax and just be 'in the moment' I have found the Yin Yoga sessions with Amy a revelation. Do not expect a high paced, calorie busting exhausting experience but rather a mindful, calm and restorative session for both mind and body. Amy is a highly skilled teacher who oozes compassion and care. She gently guides you through the poses which can adapted for all abilities. I love it and would highly recommend to everyone, it will be like nothing else you do!

Amy is a kind, wise, and skilled teacher. I always look forward to her classes, where I feel totally held, safe, and nourished. She uses a lovely balance of deep body awareness with connection to the heart. Highly recommend.
