So i had an appointment for my cat who was severaly ill after the veterinary had a look at him, he was very unempatheic and unprofessional and advised that he was going to die if I did nothing, I believe there was a much better way of convay the point across to me, also the receptionist was inconsiderate and believed the veterinarian was simply doing his job and will tell me to the point. Will never recommend anyone to come here and will never be coming back as for the concerns of my cat thei...

A sad time fir us as our cat went to the angels. Staff absolutely brilliant. Caring kind compassionate. Absolutely 💯 care. Thank you to all the team for everything.

I can not recommend Gatehouse enough. We took our dog to the Allerton branch as he had had an accident. The staff are so professional and caring and made us feel so very welcome. Most importantly the care given to my dog was second to none. I would definitely recommend this surgery to anyone. Massive thanks to all there.

Good vets but very busy and hard to get appointments . Was kept waiting 40 mins post my appointment time. Treatment didn't work the first time. Had to go back again. Fitted me in at a short notice. Overall good vets.
