Gareth has helped me rebuild over 3 years or so after various sport and impact injuries caused problems. He puts quite a bit of effort into varying the program across muscle groups, cardio, strength and endurance. He has been very flexible around unpredictable work commitments. I would recommend Gareth to anyone focussed on getting results and especially those who need someone who actually knows how to help someone rehabilitate. I've attended Gareth's Kettlebell classes for over a year now as well as having several Personal training sessions. The PT sessions were held at home & Gareth created a variety of programs for me to keep and alternate in my spare time. Each session was different and worked on an area I wanted to strengthen. I am still using these programs nearly a year later! The kettlebell class programs are also changed regularly and are challenging but fun!
