This is a great place for advice on nutrition and exercise. It’s great to have 1-2-1 coaching without having to queue for weight machines. I would recommend it to anyone looking to make improvements to their fitness

I've been training with John for a few months now, and he's transformed the way I approach my personal fitness. His personalised expertise and meal plans helped me achieve my fitness goals in a really friendly way. The gym itself is a welcome break from the packed commercial gyms in town. Perfect if you want somewhere with all the gear you need, without being intimidating. Highly recommend.

John’s knowledge of exercise and nutrition is second to none, but more importantly he changes your way of thinking and your attitude towards diet and exercise. G42 is great. Very private, friendly and has all the equipment you'd need. Been working with John for a couple of months now & I've really enjoyed it - felt very welcome from the start & always have a good time while training. John's experience and knowledge really shows. He's put me on a diet plan, tailored the training specifically to my needs and teaches proper form and technique. Even as much as sending me extra tips and workouts out of sessions. I train with John once a week. Since starting the sessions, my whole approach to fitness has changed for the better. I came to the sessions not really understanding what to do in the gym and how I should compliment my nutrition with my workouts. Now I feel so much more able to train safely and successfully and look forward to every session. I highly recommend this gym.
