After 40 years driving I believe we should give learner drivers a moment....... However I also believe that the driving instructor should have respect for other users of the road, I was appalled by following Gill Everett who was giving a lesson around Maldon. The learner drove at 10/15 mph, needed a whole line of cars to reverse backwards along cross road,as the learner was unable to manoeuvre!
