I just loved Caroline! The past month was really fun and I feel really sad the course is over and I may not see her again!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Disappointing though not to get any feedback after DHL presentation. Will probably apply to Extra Personnel in Derby who have the contract. Ideally they want people with fork truck licences

Excellent and the teachers are brilliant they really do go out there way to help you I learned so much from them! I felt really comfortable and learned so much !! Brilliant I recommend them 100%

I enjoyed my 2 week course for customer service, felt like the teaching was enjoyable and suited my learning style... had a laugh everyday and low key sad its over :(

Building is clean and tidy, Staff on reception are friendly the tutors are knowledgeable helpful and if you're struggling they will use a scenario to help you find the answer. Highly recommend doing a course here if you like a friendly fun atmosphere.
