  • Neil and Clair are exceptional with their personalised fitness programs for all of their differing clients. They are always on call to answer questions regarding fitness, food and recovery as well as offer ideas for stretches and exercises to help any injuries or problems. They tailor their sessions to the clients personal goals and work with them to achieve the best they can. I highly recommend them.

  • Fundamental Fitness offer the complete package. Total commitment to your goals and an understanding of your needs with a tailored, constantly changing range of challenges in the gym. Plus they are really lovely, always accommodating and never let you give in because they believe in you.

Both Neil and Clair are very dedicated trainers; they really know their stuff and are so dedicated! Neil is very committed to my food intake and chats to me daily to keep motivated.
