I cannot recommend Christian enough,i started private session’s with him after my friend recommend him as he also trains with Christian,In the short space of time we had to prepare before my next Maui Thai fight,Christian exceeded all my expectations my cardio,strength,power was all up and I could really feel the difference In My fight(which I won).thanks again to a top coach 👊🏻

I have been training with Christain for over 40 odd weeks now and he has been an absolute godsend. He asked me my goals and has pushed me each week in achieving them. I am a coach myself and lost my way training wise as I was just fed up programming myself, and wanted some accountability. My time spent training in Functional Strength UK has been great, I've added loads to my exercise library and seen huge improvements in strength 💪and conditioning🥵. Christian breaks down the technical side of the exercises in an easy way to follow. This has given me a good knowledge to plan out sessions and be confident in the gym to complete on my own. Highly recommend anyone looking at Functional Strength UK give Christian a shout and he will help you out anyway he can, top man!

I have been training with Christian for about a year now and I have never felt better. Christian has helped me improve my speed and explosive power aswell as helped me lose weight, giving me not only first-class training in the gym but fantastic nutritional advice. Chris is a phenomenal trainer, perfect mix of drill sergeant and gym buddy. Always pushing you hard but still really supportive. Training with Chris was the best decision I ever made.
