I’ve been working with Mark for over 3 years and have seen great progress in that time. Also, he is just a really good trainer and very easy to get on with. I would highly recommend him and even my Dad is now training with him too! Luke

Have been using Mark for several weeks and have seen an improvement in my posture and mobility. This has then had a positive Impact on my swimming and pilates, would definitely recommend him.

The experience I had at Full Flow Fitness was incredible. From day one Mark created a personalised program for me, taking in to account old rugby injuries and lower back problems. He drastically expanded my knowledge of my own body & allowed me to significantly improve my form & overall fitness. Over the 9 months that we trained together I lost over 8kg and never felt like I was dieting, simply eating clean & healthy. He was flexible and worked around my schedule too! I’ve been training with Mark since March 2017; Mark was recommended by my Chiro as I have trouble with bulging discs in my lower back. My core is much stronger & my Chiro says my back is really strong (and I now have great muscle too)! I absolutely love Pilates since training with Mark, and would highly recommend him.

I’ve been plagued with lower back pain for years and have always found it difficult to find a PT who was experienced and skilled enough to understand my issues - that is until I found Mark.
