My son joined in November and absolutely loves it! Since joining his confidence has improved massively. Csaba is absolutely amazing with the children and goes above and beyond to make them all feel included and welcome. It’s clear to see how much the children respect and adore him.

Csaba is a personal defence trainer of the highest calibre. Highly knowledgeable, patient and understanding. Csaba will always take the time to further explain his point or instruction; so the student can better understand, thus adapt and correct their technique. Csaba does not simply provide martial art training, he provides an education, in mind and body.

My 7-year-old son enjoys this self-defense course very much. He comes home with a lot of good experience and he is so keen to talk about it. Csaba is an excellent trainer. Highly recommended.

I started self-defense classes in Alton with Csaba years ago and it gave me so much more than just learning self-defense. I became physically and mentally stronger and helped me with concentration and how to control my body. I still take private sessions to maintain my skills. He is the best!
