Jack was so helpful during the 8 week challenge. I could easily message him If I had any questions which worked well around my busy schedule. Weekly check ins to keep accountable deffo kept me on track. Lots of high protein recipes were given which was really helpful as I find myself always eating the same meals which can get boring. But most importantly I reached the goal I set at the start and Jack was with me every step of the way. I would 100% recommend & do it again. Thank you ☺️

Jack is a great personal trainer. Our sessions are challenging, varied and fun. He delivers them with extensive knowledge, useful explanation, good humour and patience. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I can’t recommend Jack enough! I have been lucky enough to have Jack as a CrossFit coach, and most recently, taken part in his 8 week challenge. Throughout all of this, he has been helpful, knowledgable and professional. He is non-judgemental and always supportive, which has helped me grow in my confidence so much. Would highly recommend! I reached out to Jack to help me with my goals. As I had numerous set backs due to injures and ongoing issues with Crohns. Jack was able to tailor a programme to meet my needs ! Supporting me through nutrition and diet advice to support my medical condition, Rebuild a core strength foundation, lose weight and strive towards my individual goals. Would highly recommend!! Jack has been amazing helping me achieve my goals! At first I was worried about doing it online however jack made sure he was there to answer any questions whenever I needed him and made sure I was to hit my goals. Jack is honest and has so much knowledge on fitness and nutrition. He doesn’t give you unrealistic goals which for me has made me enjoy and stick to the process. I cannot thank him enough for all of his support and helping me change my lifestyle.
