My girlfriend and I have been training with Freds and have really improved over the time with her. She is a great trainer, pushes us both and tailors the workout sessions to each of us. We have tried many PTs and she is the best one for us. She is helping us achieve our goal bodies, I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a PT!!

I’ve always had difficulties starting with any type of movement. Most videos were super hyped up and not really catering to beginners’ motivation and experience. Getting fit with Freds is quite easy! She goes through each movement thoroughly so you know what you’re doing, doesn’t jump up and down like crazy during HIIT trainings so your knees (and neighbors) will thank you! And she’s just personable and approachable, which is so convenient if you don’t have confidence with exercising just yet.

Freds is just amazing coach. She's always there, very supportive. She knows how to push you beyond your limit and improve and become a better athlete, keep you motivated. She's very creative and focused help you get where you want to be. Good listener and great preformer, she put herself out to prove everything is possible, that there's no impossible body.

My husband & I have been having personal training sessions with Fred’s for a little over a year, we have both thoroughly enjoyed all the work outs and have seem amazing progress!! Not just physically but also mentally. Fred is an excellent trainer who listens and adapts to your needs. She's able to push you and also hold back if you're having a bad day! No nonsense fitness or weight trainer - highly recommended.
