Fred is amazing! As a beginner I was nervous before my first lesson. Fred immediately calmed my nerves with himself being calm and so professional. I was impressed with his patience as an instructor, me not being the quickest learner. But he led the way in the most professional way and I cannot recommend him any stronger!

I really enjoyed my session with Fredrik. The exercises were simple to follow and intense but not painful. The next day I realised how powerful they were as I discovered I had used muscles long forgotten and in need of being woken up. Fredrik is very attentive and encouraging. He makes the experience fun but very focused. I have decided to train with him starting this week. Thank you for waking up my muscles Fredrik!

It had been a while since I had last worked out and I was weary having been told that it a new method, with the use of rubber bands! However the moment I walked into my session with Fredrik my mind was put at ease, he is clearly very knowledgeable and his attitude is professional and calming. Since then, I have continued training on this method and my core is much stronger and I feel healthier in myself. I would recommend Fredrik to anyone.

I am not a huge fitness fan but I needed to strengthen my back to keep enjoying sports that I love. What I liked the most about Fredrik's coaching was his careful attention to my actual capabilities - it wasn't a simple "do this exercise 4x15", he closely watched me during the exercises and when he saw my body could no longer handle it, he gave me a countdown (last 3) to push me a bit but not too much so that I would lose the right technique or injure myself. I had a recent training session with Fredrik and was very impressed with him, I found him to be very knowledgeable, patient and well informed about the health and fitness sector. Unlike, other fitness professionals, he took time to find out what my goals were and what my lifestyle was like, in turn he was able to give me suggestions of how to incorporate 'low impact' training into my busy, working life.
