Josh is knowledgeable, friendly and motivating. He has helped me establish clear goals so I can use my time in the sessions most effectively. He also has a good variety of equipment!

From the start, Josh has focused me on really thinking about what I want to achieve with my health. I'm at an age where establishing and maintaining my desired healthy weight can be very difficult and he made me feel comfortable in exploring honest and realistic goals. I have been working with josh for a few weeks now and I have seen a massive improvement on fitness and health, he accommodates to my strength and weaknesses but pushes me to achieve the best I can. I would highly recommend frankland fitness.
