I've been working with Anders (Frame & Form) for almost 2 years. He works with me to achieve my goals and is sensitive to my concerns and doubts. I always have a positive PT session, even when I arrive feeling like I can't do it. I walk out of every appointment feeling motivated and that I am achieving. Without his encouragement and support I wouldn't be as fit (mentally and physically) as I am today. 100% recommend and wouldn't go anywhere else for PT support.

This is an example of a great local business. I have used the repair side of the business for bike repairs. They are both affordable and swift and communication is excellent. I was kept up to date with my repair at all times. I have also really enjoyed my sessions with a personal trainer.
