I'd heard and read up that using a balance bike can actually benefit your child for learning to ride a bike, so I went along to a taster session with my just 3yr old who wouldn't even entertain the idea of getting on a balance bike. By the end of the session she was on the balance bike best suited for her and enjoying it. In the lessons that followed her confidence and speed grew as did her number and colour recognition.
