Formula One Gym

Lovely gym with super welcoming staff! I decided to join the gym due to its women's only floor which is brilliant for someone who gets very shy at the gym, and wish to have a little privacy. Before I joined, I was even offered a free-day pass! Not to mention the very competitive and affordable membership price offered, overall I highly recommend this gym!

Got to be the best gym in Nottingham! Staff are so friendly when you come in, greet you by the name ask you how youre getting on. Women's only level and gym and it's always clean both gym and changing rooms/toilets. Staff do take pride in keeping it clean and friendly. Trainers are so lovely and Joe is so friendly too. What a great gym! As a student it is very conveniently located in the city centre, the gym is never too crowded which is one of my favourite things about it. The staff are really helpful and make you feel welcomed. This is all with competitive pricing. I paid more to use the gym group last year than I do now! Great stuff

Great independent gym, much more enjoyable than the commercial ones. Doesn't get overly busy and has plenty of equipment. Also has tanning beds to use although you have to pay extra for them

Formula one gym is one of a kind. The staff are amazing and incredibly friendly. I used to go here 10 years ago and I'm still greeted warmly by staff when I return on the odd occasion. Good equipment, lots of free weights, separate female only gym and a very friendly atmosphere.
