I highly recommend Dan, he is a great motivator and his PT sessions are really enjoyable! That’s not something I ever thought I’d say about fitness, but Dan has totally changed my perspective. He makes you feel so comfortable and his prices are also very reasonable. Thanks Dan!

Highly recommend, Dan is very professional, classes cater for everyone and all levels.Really friendly. Excellent advice and nutrition plans. I'm now using the monthly PT app as well so I can do some form of exercise each day which is so convenient for me. I feel more healthier, fitter, and more confident since I have been attending forge Fitness & nutrition . Thanks Dan

The progress I am making is amazing, I did not have much confidence when I started, but Dan was wonderful and made me feel at ease. All PT sessions are suited to your ability and never the same exercises each week. Highly recommend. Also recommend the classes, they are excellent and friendly with no judging at all.

I started Dan's classes a few months ago and I'm really enjoying them. He's very professional and motivating. Everyone is really welcoming and friendly. I can feel my fitness has improved. I would definitely recommend.

I've been attending Dan's classes for a few months and can definitely see the difference in my fitness levels. The classes are much more relaxed than others I've been to but somehow I also find myself working harder in them!! I was so impressed with Dan that I started weekly personal training sessions with him which have helped my fitness levels even more. Would highly recommend him.
