What an absolutely fantastic day. Superb tuition in field archery in a brilliant setting. The instructor David really knows his craft. He took three complete novices and taught us all the way from missing targets completely, through to hitting 3D targets around the woodland. A wonderful fire to sit round and a permanently boiling kettle for tea. Tremendous.

What an experience. In the back end of the museum where the people with old craft skills dwell, Wayne and Dave were there to help us through the carpentry and tool use and further understanding to make a Bhutan long bow In a day. They are salt of the earth people giving near one to one help and wisdom. We had a lovely time on this sunny November day. I recommend this to anyone and everyone. We went for a 18th and 40th birthday experience. Find an excuse to go.

Spoon carving course. I have no natural aptitude or experience of this kind of thing. Wayne was a great teacher and naturally adapts to your ability/interests. Was a thoroughly enjoyable and educational experience. Day flew by but I have two spoons, a working knowledge of tools, wood and technique to take home. Inspired to continue to learn - therapeutic, rewarding, accessible and fun. Thanks Wayne and Lukas
