Great little local place to go with the little one. The staff (and I presume owners) couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, offering recommendations and guidance on games. To top it off, the coffee is very good and a thumbs up on the lemon cake from my little one (praise indeed). We'll definitely be coming back for more games!

Very lovely, small family run business. We popped in for just an hour to fill some time and they were happy to accommodate. There's tonnes of games on offer for a range of players and running times so you have plenty to choose from. We played a beautiful modern recreation of an ancient Roman game - very easy to follow and lots of fun - but there's loads of classics too. You can make it your regular haunt or stay here for hours and you won't run out of games to play. No need to feel daunted ...

A wonderful game cafe for all ages. A great selection of card and board games. Hosting various social nights. I’ve been a couple of times now with my son. Sarah and Robert are brilliant at helping you with new games, setting them up and showing you the ropes. Food and drinks are priced right. Their hot chocolate and milkshakes are becoming a local legend!

I think we're here every week. The staff are amazing and friendly, the food is delicious and amazing portions. They have so many events to meet people, and it is hard to meet people these days. With social games, Magic and DnD, there is something for everyone, on top of the standard board games that all have a relaxed feel to them.

Amazing service and good prices not only for the coffee but also the time spent there! At £2 per adult,per hour it leaves room to depart the world of reality and submerge yourself into any game of your choosing. Giving families (like mine) quality time needed to reconnect and all within a budget suitable for all. For 4 adults for one hour, 2 hot drinks and 2 tortilla chip bowls £18.40. If you have no drinks or food it's only £8 for one hour for 4 people. And they are certainly not stingy on ...
