Most chilled out guitar shop ever, there is no pretentious snobbery here like you get in a lot of shops like this…you can ask a question without feeling like an inferior idiot! Great selection of instruments from budget to ones I can’t afford. 100% recommended.

Such a great music/guitar shop. Great staff endless patience. Technically excellent guitar/all string instruments maintenance and repair. Just opposite Kilburn tube so convenient- go here instead of Denmark St next time!!

Fantastic customer service! We needed to source an instrument (which was pretty hard to find elsewhere) for a show with virtually no notice, and receive the best assistance, purchased over the phone and arranged a collection in no time. Absolutely recommended!

Not a musician but this shop rejuvenated my old accordion for a very reasonable price and explained everything they did. It’s not often that ‘retailers’ actually know how to fix anything, let alone an instrument and from what I saw they specialise in guitars. Folkies music is an exception; talented musicians, retail knowledge and very capable craftsmanship. Maybe there are similar stores in east London but no one in west or north London that provides the same service. Thanks
