  • Flo is an excellent gym, top notch facilities with a friendly and welcoming team. Coaches are sound, there’s a decent range of sparring partners of different abilities, a nice big, good quality, mat and an overall good feel. Enjoyed the times I trained there, thanks for the rolls 🤙

  • What you'll notice first when walking in to Flo is how clean and tidy everything is - not always the case with other gyms. Being on time, being respectful, training light and focusing on technique; all this flows (pun intended) from the ethos of the folks in charge. They're not teaching you what to train, but how to train - a far more important lesson. Can't recommend it enough, especially for youngsters!

  • A professional, friendly, and safe place to train. Clean and modern training facility that caters to everyone from children, to competitive fighters, to oldies like me who are just trying to stay physically and mentally healthy. Incremental exposure to BJJ training via the 101 class. Not just thrown in at the deep end. Knowledgeable instructors. A range of payment plans to suit personal circumstances. • I have been in hundreds of gyms over the years. Flo is without doubt one of the best there is. Great facility, open mats and equipment. However, what really makes it is the training ethos and attitude with no egos and plenty of world class instruction from top martial artists.. best there is.

  • Very good professional gym, has multiple paths that you can chose to train, very good coaches, everyone is very friendly, kind and considerate with the fact that some people might take longer to learn, they have good competition classes which can compete with everywhere, it is the cleanest gym I've ever been to, and they make all new people feel very welcome. I would 100% encourage anyone that wants to train to come here .
