Moving and handling of people is carried out way more frequently in care homes than we realise. It is imperative that we understand and follow safe practice to move and handle people to ensure safety of the service user as well as the care staff as unsafe practice will have a long-term ill-effect on our health. Thanks to the course for explaining in simple terms the importance of safe practice.

Its been refreshing to be in an environment like this, most care companies use the staff like cannon fodder. Here I can truly say I feel support by management must say a massive thank you for this opportunity the honesty and support long may our journey through life's challenges continue.

I did the food hygiene course and found the course very good. Very easy to follow and understand. The principles of food hygiene were explained very clearly and the questions were multiple choice. Would recommend to anyone needing to do a course for work.

It took me about 40 minutes to do this course. The learning is easy to understand and to assess. At the end you have do a quiz with two chances of getting the questions correct. No stress
