  • I joined Faiza's Saturday ladies only fitness classes and one to one training once a week. My main goal was simply to start exercising and using more weights. She is always giving advice on what we should eat, according to any health issues we have. My workout plan is slightly different to others and Faiza has showed me how to improve my diet.   • I have been training with Faiza for 3 months now and I have to say I am very impressed & pleased with how Faiza has helped me change my mindset and relationship with food & has given me the confidence and motivation to exercise and become strong. These factors have helped me a lot during this period & have made a change to my lifestyle , eating habits and my weight.   • I’ve been training with Flex Fitness for nearly a year now and have noticed changes in my fitness levels physically and mentally. Whilst I am pushed to my fullest potential during the sessions, I am also taught to be more mindful and aware of my health and fitness. Faiza takes time to listen to your goals and helps you to achieve these at a pace that suits you.
