Grandaughters 8th birthday. She had a gr8 time.

i dont wish to leave a negative rating since we have not actually used their services. but I would like to share a customer service experience without prejudice. from us: "My son and his cousin were given gift vouchers at Christmas for a lesson each. Voucher number xxxxx.I am aware that these have expired but the family were self-isolating throughout most of year due to medical issues within the adults. Our 5 year old comes regularly for a tots ride to get him ready for proper lessons. Can’t fault a thing. Super friendly and helpful staff!

My daughter Sophia has been attending weekly lessons at fletchers farm for the past year and absolutely loves it. The staff are always very friendly and professional and the ponies are adorable with lovely natures and personalities. Sophia has recently joined the pony club they run on Tuesdays and Fridays and she is gaining so much confidence, making new friends whilst learning all about pony care. They also run pony days and activities during the school holidays which have been a lot of fun ...

My sons been having private lessons for a couple of months now and he's come on so well and now off the lead rein which he loves. He gets so excited when he knows it's lesson day. Staff are always super nice to him and explain everything to him. He's also completely in love with Blue-chip 😁. If my sons happy I'm happy and I can't fault fletchers at all. 🌟🌟
