Matt is an incredibly knowledgable PT, and it’s clear from his extensive dedication how passionate he is about making a genuine difference. I’m already hitting goals after a couple of weeks working with Matt. His training plans, nutrition advice and constant support has allowed me to progress massively. I feel much more confident pushing myself… and very competitive to beat his ridiculous hip thrust PB. I would highly recommend Flawless Physique!! Best decision I’ve made for my fitness journey.

Matt is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to all things health and fitness. He is understanding and approachable, as well as being a good communicator which makes him a great personal trainer. Matt is a brilliant personal trainer. I always struggled with making progress with my training. Now, Matt's detailed but comfortable approach has helped me to keep consistent and I've lost over 13lb in 9 weeks. He's also flexible to fit your fitness goals and is always very quick to reply with any questions you might have. Thoroughly recommend.
