  • Highly recommend Amy and Fixit. Came in with neck and back pain which was causing even sitting at a work desk for more than 30 minutes at a time difficult. Amy was not only able to work the tension out giving clear and insightful explanations as to exactly what the issue was and what was being done to help relieve pressure but also was able to give really useful exercises and stretches to continue to strengthen the painful area.   • Highly recommend Phil at fixit for any sports injury. After injuring myself in the gym I had chronic back pain that I thought I would never get rid of, it left me unable to play sport, or even sit down for long periods of time. I was very frustrated having gone to numerous other physios but after 10 sessions my pain is completely gone, I feel stronger and am able to play sport again at a high level. Can’t thank Phil enough!

  • I started with Amy to help with my shoulder, lower back and ankle injury for my Olympic lifts. I’ve had amazing results from years in pain.
