Kavan is a great personal trainer and an amazing person to work with. He has worked out a great personalised plan which gets the required results and you can still get on with your day after a session with Kavan. I would highly recommend Kavan's personal training servives if you have a busy lifestyle and would like to stay fit and look smart see Kavan.

Thanks to Kavan I improved my energy levels, lost 8 kg in 3 months, got much stronger and healthier without feeling hungry all the time or as if I was on a "diet". I feel like all I eat is under control and this results in my mind and body thriving 💪 I look at myself in the mirror and I feel like a new person. I can't wait to see what the next 12 weeks will bring! This has been a beautiful and exciting journey.

I had trained with PT’s in previous years and was dubious about training with another, with the chance of not getting the desired results again. I’ve been working with Kavan over the last 10 months. I came to Kavan in a bad physical state. I’d ran a marathon 2 years previously in under 4 hours and weighed a healthy 75kg. I came across Kav from searching in local PTs on Google. I trained with him for 12 weeks, 3 times a week. In that short space of time… I lost nearly 5 kgs, which may not seem much but lost a lot of body fat. I always thought I was pretty strong, doing endless cardio and a few HIIT weight sessions.
