I was apprehensive about starting exercise again after a long break. Emoke was just what I needed. She gave me the kick start I needed to gain confidence and strength. She's very personable and listens to your needs. She pushes you that bit further but not in a scary way. I feel and am so much stronger/ fitter and more toned. I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes that Emoke delivers as she motivates me to work hard, push myself and feel better for it! Always gives great advice on muscles worked and benefits to the body. Everything is demonstrated implicitly, clearly explained and options for varying abilities.

I have been taking Emoke's Pilates classes for nearly 3 years. She is an !!incredible!! teacher. Brilliant at encouraging and building up your confidence and technique. She makes more experienced and newer students feel comfortable and to challenge yourself when you are ready/up for it. I can't recommend her highly enough!!

I’ve started training with Emoke about 4 weeks ago and absolutely loved each of my training sessions. Emoke is a great trainer who truly understands my needs and knows how to motivate me, not only has she advised me on my training session she also has given me good advice on eating the right food. I would always recommend Emoke for personal training because she cares.
