I’ve been working with Dani for a year now. In the beginning, she thoroughly consulted me and took into account what my lifestyle and health were and tailored my nutrition plan and fitness programme to my goals. Being consistent with her programme, I could see my weight and body fat going down, the strength and endurance I was building and how much better I was feeling. Although, I haven’t been as consistent as I would like, Dani has never been judgemental and has always been patient with me....

Dani is truly one of the best. She not only provides a personal on-point training plan, she supports you through inter-grating food plans and supplements into your daily life. She is both a motivator and an understanding ear. Her knowledge of nutrition and training is second to none and she’s always updating her personal knowledge. Training with Dani was one of my best investments. Dani has a breadth of knowledge which goes beyond just superficial transformation and she really teaches you how to nourish your mind and body. It was so easy to learn from somebody so driven and passionate about her skill. She is so invested in her clients and does nothing half heartedly. I couldn’t recommend anybody more x

Dani is a very knowledgable Personal Trainer. I really enjoyed our sessions as she was always very encouraging. Her holistic approach ensured that all of my fitness/ health concerns were addressed with care, and enthusiasm to support me. As a result of working with Dani, my body has changed for the better, and I feel much stronger.

Dani is amazing! I've never looked back and will never use anyone else, ever again. She really gets to know your body and understands what you need to and want to focus on. I've suffered from slipped disks and sciatica for many many years and by working with Dani my overall fitness and back strength has improved so much I feel like a different person. I would highly recommend Dani if you want work with someone that cares, has empathy and has amazing fitness and nutritional knowledge!
