I have only been training with Chris for 10 weeks but I can already feel and see the difference. I would recommend him to anybody who like me has been a couch potato for a while and needs motivating to get fit, slim and string.

I’ve been going to Chris for a couple of years and have had great improvement in strength and cardio fitness. The workouts are always challenging & the routines change each week keeping it interesting. Chris is very encouraging and helps me get the most out of each session. I’d highly recommend him.

I have been going to fitslimstrong for a couple of years now and cannot rate him highly enough. Chris will tailor sessions to achieve what ever it is you hope to gain from training and provide diet and nutritional advice. He constantly changes the exercises so it never becomes routine or boring. And he is always encouraging you to push just that one more rep! Working with Chris was absolutely fantastic! I found his approach to food and exercise easy to follow, realistic & no silly diets. I had never worked with a PT before, so it was great to learn the techniques correctly & with someone who was able to push me further than I would have on my own. I would recommend Chris to anyone!
