  • When I started training with Boris I had barely entered a gym in my life. He taught me to squat, bench press and deadlift with proper form, along with a range of auxiliary exercises and stretches to avoid injury. He really knows his stuff and will push you to achieve your potential.

He created a tailored programme around my goals and favourite exercises which meant all of our sessions have been really fun.
