I have been attending Fitness Quest classes for approximately 7 years now. Mainly for the PiYo class on a Wednesday evening, but I have also joined other classes along the way. It is so much nicer to workout with people from the local community and Vicky, our Instructor is really professional, caring and encouraging. If you want to get fit and feel part of a group, then join a Fitness Quest class!

Vicki makes all classes fun. They are challenging, but you work at your own pace and ability, being encouraged and helped by Vicki. I have lost weight, toned and have increased mobility. Being well in my 60s I feel the fittest I have ever been.

I have attended many of the classes from fitness quest over the years, there are a large variety to choose from and they are constantly changing and evolving so you continuously find new muscles. I’m far from being a typical fitness person, I’m overweight and older but these classes have helped me lose weight, tone up and feel fitter than I ever was in my 40’s. I really enjoy Vicki's classes; they are different every week, and you can take them at your own pace. I've been with Fitness Quest for a while now, but it was during lockdown that I really saw the benefits of being part of this group. Vicki tried really hard to make the sessions virtually and enjoyable, and she did this as soon as all the restrictions came into place with very little notice.
