  • An excellent, highly knowledgable trainer in the heart of London. Following Anthony's well thought out training regime, I've noticed increased muscle size, performance and reduction in body fat. Compared with other London trainers I've used, what I've come to appreciate is Anthony's great knowledge in nutrition. His personalised nutrition plan really was an eye opener for me and highlighted how easy it can be, as long as you track and are true to yourself. Couldn't recommend more!

  • Anthony is a brilliant trainer and a considerate nutritionist. He is incredibly supportive, patient and I lost 5 pounds in the first two months with him! Further leg pressing 110kgs like a bosslady is no mean feat after 1 month 💪 I have recommended him to several friends and would not hesitate recommending him here.
