Natalie has been training me for a year and a half now and I can't recommend her highly enough. Having had back issues in the past and other niggles, Natalie has tailored my workouts to make sure I have built a solid fitness foundation and core strength. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are getting a proper personalised plan to suit your needs and really cares about her clients. Whether online or in person, it has made getting fit fun and informative.

Natalie is a fantastic trainer who goes above and beyond to make sure you get the most out of your training. She is so generous with her time and is focused on all aspects of training, especially stretching which many trainers omit from regimes. Stretching prevents injury and is also a lovely way to relax. Natalie’s live classes are amazing and she keeps things going with her great sense of humour. Her prices are unbeatable too. I highly recommend her and encourage you to sign up today!

I've joined the online classes and loved them. There's a wide variety of different things to try and lots of options on the schedule. Natalie is incredibly supportive and encouraging. In each class there are options to simplify or ramp up the exercise to suit ability. Wednesday HIIT session to disco music is my favourite!

Have had sessions with Natalie for about 6 months now and have never felt better or healthier. She always makes the sessions both fun and personal, and caters them to my specific needs.
