I joined a group coaching program to get myself back into exercise but was nervous as I’ve had back issues in the past. Guy and Carl have been great. Showing me what to do and giving tips on what I can do for myself, and encouraging me to push myself. Even though I had to take a break, they made me want to restart as soon as I could. Loved meeting other like-minded people too.

I've been attending Fitness Blueprint for a couple of years now. Before I started, I had neglected my fitness and I was quite nervous about it. But it has been a brilliant experience, really enjoyable and I am now so much fitter and stronger. I've attended the group classes and also tried 1 to 1 training and it has really changed my mindset about looking after my own fitness and health. The trainers are very experienced, helpful and friendly and I would strongly recommend to anyone of any age!

I joined fitness blueprint in back in December 21 doing the 9 week program and have been attending ever since. Guy and Carl are fantastic PT's and with their help I've managed to continuously loose weight, but put on muscle and feel generally healthier. The group classes have a fun and motivating atmosphere and would definitely recommend joining to anyone looking to start or continue their fitness journey.

I've been at Fitness Blueprint a couple of months now, I initially did the 4 week trial and now I'm a regular at the group coaching sessions which I absolutely love. Guy and Carl are fab PTs and the support and encouragement they provide, and the friendly atmosphere, is second to none. I have noticed a real change in my fitness and general mindset, as well as in the weight I can lift! This place is awesome and I wouldn't be without it 😄💪🏋️

I joined Guy and Carl's 9 week programme to get back into fitness and build some confidence. Not only do I feel stronger and healthier, but I've met a lovely, supportive group of people who consistently show up for each other and keep you motivated and excited to exercise. Guy and Carl are both fantastic, professional, knowledgeable, motivational and kind - I would highly recommend working with them.
