As someone who’s always struggled with exercising consistently, I can say starting personal training with Ezra has been extremely motivating. I go with two friends to make it more affordable, which Ezra has been happy to accommodate. Ezra’s approach is the right balance of being positively encouraging (even incentivises us with rewards!) but at the same time challenging us out of our comfort zone, making me do things I didn’t think I could. Yunus and Ezra are great personal trainers! They are active, friendly and super enthusiastic. They motivate you and make you believe in yourself and your abilities. Last Sunday I attended their event where we exercised and had a yoga session. It was an amazing experience as I met many inspiring woman and had a great workout. Also, we took photos, ate ice cream with protein and drank tasty smoothies. I loved this event very much.

I attended the Fitcredibles community fitness event last Sunday which consisted of a 30 min hiit class and 60 min yoga class. The protein ice cream was yummy! If you are looking for motivational, fun fitness coaches then Yunus and Ezra are your guys! They are so welcoming, inclusive and push us all to perform our best.
