I booked Gyles for back to back 12 week sessions to help with my health. By the time I had finished I was no longer diabetic and my cholesterol was in the normal range. My cholesterol was the highest my doctor had ever seen:) . The sessions were fun hard work and varied which kept the interest up. I continued after the lessons all be it at a slightly less pace. I highly recommend Gyles because after 20 sessions (two mornings per week) I can see and feel a real difference in my physical strength. I worked intensively with Gyles whilst I was working at Glyndebourne and it was the best thing I decided to do for my health and fitness.
