I have been attending Fit4Purpose for the last year and I cannot recommend the sessions enough.
The sessions are conducted in 4 week blocks with a varied timetable to suit all schedules! They are a combination of cardio and strength training and moves are always changed up so its never dull or predictable.
Everyone who attends Fit4Purpose is friendly and welcoming and there's always a laugh to be had!
We are encouraged to go at our own pace but challenged when we may not be fulfilling our pot...
