I have been attending FIT20 for 6 months now and have noticed many improvements in my general well being and strength. As someone that is not a gym bunny, and never has been, I felt slightly nervous about joining a traditional gym and being judged. I decided to do a bit of research on other types of gyms / fitness studios that would allow me to get fitter. I've been training once a week with fit20 for over two years now and have certainly noticed an improvement in my strength, overall fitness and general wellbeing. Amongst other benefits, my weekly workouts have helped me overcome back issues and strengthened my dodgy knee.
