I’ve been going for just over a month now and I can feel my strength increasing! It’s a great workout and it’s ONLY 20 minutes! Warwick has been great and regularly explains the science behind it all! I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Warwick has been great in introducing me to a new life of fitness and my strength is improving so much quicker than I thought would be possible. 20 minutes a week really does work :)

I hate exercise. This one works for me. 20 minutes per week, personal assistance, with interesting machines and noticeable results. Warwick gives knowledgeable and encouraging help, taking into account all hindrances, like injuries, and the sessions are enjoyable. I see accumulative results every week. I am very grateful!

Loving Fit20. Warwick is a great coach and explains everything in detail. The space is calming and having one to one coaching and in only 20 minutes is amazing. This is my second month and even with Christmas in the middle feeling stronger and more energised every week!

The concept speaks for itself. I find the short classes manageable and I don’t dread going!. Having Warwick as a one to one coach perfecting my technique and building my full body strength has been invaluable as I had previously been doing things wrong by myself. I find myself stronger and less prone to aches and pains in just 3 months of attending Fit20 with Warwick.
