Attila and his team are fantastic. They take time to really understand what you want to achieve, what's stopped you getting results in the past, etc. They then help you to train regularly and safely so you can see realistic results in reasonable time!

I've been going to fit20 for over two years now and I still look forward to the weekly session even though it never gets any easier. The saying definitely holds true here: no pain no gain. Attila, the trainer is excellent, he's very patient and really pushes you to do better without overdoing it. The results are clear and measured, I can see I have come a long way with the weights I'm lifting since I started, and my strength has improved significantly. I look forward to more results :)

I am 71 and, since I started in 2020, the improvement to my overall muscle strength has been amazing. Attila always ensures my posture is correct for each weight machine so I don't strain anything and is always encouraging. I would highly recommend.

I have done excessive my entire life ranging from swimming, aerobic classes to regular gym but I have never felt my body change in such a way as it did at fit20. I have benefited so much from my weekly one to one sessions. My fitness levels are beyond any expectation I had when I signed up for Fit 20. My core fitness is definitely enhanced and so is my energy level. Attila is such a great personal trainer. He is always positive and is very professional, knowledgeable and encouraging. I can thoroughly recommend this form of training and it's only twenty minutes a week.
