  • I have trained with Nathalie for 3+ years now. We started virtually during the pandemic. Nathalie is knowledgeable and creative with her workouts. She pushes you to your limits, and although we had mostly trained once a week I have seen changes in my body and became stronger. I even had to get new weights to continue to challenge myself.   • I’ve been training with Nathalie and Lorenzo for 2-3 months now and have seen a lot of improvement in my fitness and strength. My muscles are more engaged than ever and more toned than before I started with them. I can finally do deadlifts after struggling with a slipped disc for about 2 years and we got there in a safe and measured way. They are also great people and easy to get along with. I’ve really been enjoying my training and would recommend it to anyone!

  • A nice private space where I get to focus on my training without the distractions you get in a big gym environment. Training here allows me to temporarily switch off from the outside world knowing that I’m being guided to my goals in the most strategic way possible. Nathalie has been very supportive on my journey, I’m so glad I found these guys!

  • I travel to the UK for two months a year and met Ali and Lorenzo. Best personal trainers I have ever used. They focus on my goals, not their vision, and are great at learning where you need pushing and where they need to pull back. I will never go to anyone else. Wish I was in the UK more often to maximize the benefits they provide.
