I am not the easiest of clients because I am lazy and very resistant to exercise but Liz has been brilliant at motivating me and getting me moving. Liz is a fantastic Personal Trainer and I have been training with her for several years. She has helped me overcome various injures over the past few years. I am stronger and fitter than I have ever been and she customises every workout so you are always improving. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Liz's expertise, encouragement, enthusiasm and wealth of knowledge has helped me so much since we started training together. I have been training with Liz for four years now; it all started with a goal to run the London marathon which I achieved thanks to a very solid training plan from Liz and from there I have continued to enjoy some seriously tough weekly work outs! Liz is a really inspirational trainer! She is on a mission to keep people motivated, healthy and fit and she has great ideas and energy. She is brilliant at watching and listening to see where you can push yourself a bit more and she is good fun to train with. I'm absolutely sure I am going to reach my fitness goals, and I highly recommend training with Liz.

Liz is a fantastic trainer. I love her energy, the way she can cater for people with different needs and fitness levels safely, clearly, with enough information to be effective, but not so much to overwhelm. It is not an exaggeration to say that because of Liz’s online classes, I got fitter and healthier over lockdown than I have in years, and really enjoyed the process!
