Chris is a very knowledgable Personal Trainer with many years experience training people who have a range of different fitness levels. He incorporates a wide variety of exercises so that his training sessions are not repetitive and are tailored to the individual. He is an excellent motivator, always cheerful and his gym is a pleasant environment in which to train.

I’ve been seeing Chris for a few years and can’t recommend him enough. He tailors his sessions to my individual health needs, incorporates physio’s advice and targets my weak points. I don’t have a particularly long attention span, so Chris prepares a variety of exercises in different settings to pique my interest. I’ve always had a difficult relationship with exercise, however, since the beginning Chris has put me at ease. He understood my anxieties, limits and took a non judgmental approach while helping me to engage with exercise. Every session was tailored to my individual needs and preferences (including choosing my own music!). I highly recommend Chris for those of us that do not love exercise and are fearful of gyms.

Had a few sessions with Chris when I lived in Peterborough (mainly for losing weight and helping with some lower back pain) and found him to be hugely knowledgeable, focused and helpful! Very much appreciated his honest, no BS approach to health and fitness, and the results were excellent. I have continued to follow his advice since moving away and haven't had to see another trainer since. (He even makes a good cuppa!)

You're going to work hard with Chris, he knows his stuff and will help you achieve your fitness goals. His experience as a sprinter gives him great insight into effective training techniques. His experience is varied, he's worked with many different ages and fitness levels. He loves what he does, he's great at motivating you and he'll take the time to understand your needs to tailor a program that benefits you.
