I have done a fitness class with Jay for many months and I have to say she is bloody brilliant! It was online and even so, she was very attentive to all the participants and their forms, their skill levels and their improvements. It really helped me physically and mentally, as Jay always made sure to check in after every session to make sure that we all felt good, and to discuss any issues we were having. Jay is one of the most kind, supportive, caring and amazing person & one of the best PTs out there! She really cares about your goals and aims within fitness & shows great enthusiasm in everything she does! 10/10 PT! Would highly recommend she is amazing!

Jay is one of the most sincere and empathetic trainers I've ever had. If you're looking for someone to really understand your thoughts and emotions during your health journey, you won't be disappointed. It’s a shame I could only give 5 stars 😆 Jay’s knowledge, enthusiasm, patience and overall love of fitness is enough to help anybody smash their goals! While still managing to keep every session fun and interesting!
